SADC SELF-ASSESSMENT FOR BUSINESS EXCELLENCE

Since 2017

Belutécnica has adopted the SADC model for benchmarking its performance against word class best practices. The SADC model, inspired by Europe’s EFQM model, measures excellence against: Leadership, Strategy and Planning, Focus on the Customer and Market, Personnel Management, Resources and Administration of Information, Processes, Social Responsibility, Customer Satisfaction, Personnel Satisfaction, Suppliers Performance, Company Results. The general assessment is done at our annual strategic meeting and a plan for further improvement set and aligned with strategic goals.

TOP 100 COMPANIES - MOZAMBIQUE

In 2018, Belutécnica participated in the Top 100 Companies in Mozambique survey for the first time in its history.
It was elected 2018’s 20th Largest Company in the Industry Sector by KPMG, scoring particularly well on the Profitability ratios.

Since 2016, our financial results have been audited by Ernst and Young; a top 5 auditing firm in Mozambique and worldwide.
