ORDER EXECUTION CONTROL
A mobile app, backed by a system developed by Belutécnica, to optimise efficiency from all activities involved in the production cycle of job orders.
The app factors in estimated and actual durations per activity, displaying timely updates to facilitate decision making, and statistical analysis.
ALUMINIUM PRODUCTION IMS
A mobile app, developed by Belutécnica, in conjunction with our client –MOZAL, to integrate the set of activities within Pot Relining and Replacement, and ultimately produce more aluminium for our client.
The app also factors in duration and delivers statistical analysis, to eliminate problems and recognize good behaviour in the long run.
FLEET MANAGEMENT
A request processing system, factoring in fleet use requests sent by SMS and processed via software developed by Belutécnica, designed to evenly allocate fleet to needs and integrate with the Order Execution Control app.
The system’s objective is to eliminate redundancies and produce time efficiencies.
