Serving in his current role since 2013, Jacinto Snr. is responsible for running all facets of the business. He successfully led the establishment of Belutécnica in 2013 and has been at the fore front of its growth, centered around empowerment of women and youth.
A versatile leader, with a proven track record in different fields, Jacinto Snr served in the public sector, the World Bank, Rural Capital, and Agro Alfa, before joining Belutécnica. Jacinto Snr. holds a Honours in Mechanical Engineering.

Managing Director of Finance and Strategy
Serving in current role since March 2017, he oversees strategy development and implementation, asset and shareholder value growth, transformation of prospects into revenue generation.
Prior to Belutécnica, Jacinto held various roles, at BP in business development and oil and gas trading, and at Rural Capital in business development. Jacinto Jnr. holds a Masters in Oil and Gas Management and Bachelor of Commerce.
