CENTRALIZED INSPECTION
The centralized inspection process covers the entire production cycle beginning with from Periodic Materials Inspection—inspect materials and consumables against certification, verify dimensions and position parameters of structural elements; NDTs and welding procedures; Non-Corrosive Protection Inspection—control of environmental parameters for the painting process, WFT and DFT; Bolting and Hydrostatic Inspection; Logistics Inspection—control conditions for transportation and delivery, load capacity tests; In-situ Inspection —quality control of all structural cutting and dismantling operations, and refractory installation process.

IMPROVEMENT PROTOCOL
Our Non-Conformity Management Policy aims to mitigate the re-occurrence risk of non-conforming outputs that starts with detailed description of the occurrence, determination of root causes (Ishikawa and 5 Whys), determine and implement corrective actions, and ends with evaluation of the effectiveness of implemented actions.
